Our Vision
To be a prayerful beacon in our community, illuminating the path for all who seek a closer unity and deeper knowledge of Jesus Christ.
We choose depth over size, formation over programs, and belonging over busyness. Here, Christian faith is lived with sincerity, reverence, and love.

What is a Mission?
Saint Jude is small by design, and that is part of our gift. We are a prayerful Anglican mission where people are known, names matter, and faith is lived in simple, honest community.
Here, you will not disappear into a crowd. You will find worship shaped by Scripture, prayer, and the grace of Jesus Christ, along with a fellowship that wants to walk beside you with kindness and care.
We are here to grow in Christ, pray for one another, and become a quiet place of peace, welcome, and belonging for all who seek Him.
What is Anglicanism?
Anglicanism is a historic way of following Jesus Christ through Scripture, prayer, sacrament, and the worship of the Church. Rooted in the ancient Christian faith and shaped through centuries of worship in the British Isles, Anglicanism stands in continuity with the apostles, the creeds, the early councils, and the sacramental life of the Church. Anglicans are both catholic and reformed, holding to the faith of the undivided Church while continually returning to Scripture, grace, repentance, and the gospel of Jesus Christ. At Saint Jude Anglican Mission, this means we worship within an ancient stream of Christian prayer and discipleship, where all are invited to come, listen, receive, worship, and grow in the grace of Christ.

Saint Jude Anglican Mission is a local church with a wider Anglican family, rooted in our own community and joined to churches, clergy, bishops, and mission communities beyond ourselves. Through Missio Mosaic, we share in a prayerful, Celtic missionary vision of the Church as a place of worship, hospitality, Scripture, peace, and daily discipleship. Our connection with the Anglican Diocese of Kagera in Tanzania reminds us that we belong to a living Christian family that stretches across cultures, continents, and languages. Though Saint Jude is small enough for every person to be known, we stand within the worldwide Anglican Communion, united by faith in Jesus Christ, sacramental worship, and the mission of God in the world.
How Does a Small Mission Stay Connected to the Larger Church?
What We Believe

Saint Jude Anglican Mission stands in the historic Christian faith, confessing the faith of the Apostles’ and Nicene Creeds and the teaching of the undivided Church. We worship one eternal God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and trust the Holy Scriptures as God’s word for our salvation, faith, worship, and daily life. We believe every person bears the image of God, needs the mercy of Christ, and is invited into forgiveness, new life, and fellowship through his death and resurrection. As a local church, we seek to pray, worship, learn, serve, and walk together as disciples who make Christ known in word and deed with grace, truth, humility, and love.
What if I Came From Another Denomination or Faith Tradition?
You are very welcome!
Many people who come to Saint Jude Anglican Mission have been shaped by other parts of the Christian family. Some come from Roman Catholic, Orthodox, Baptist, Methodist, Presbyterian, Lutheran, Pentecostal, non-denominational, or other backgrounds. Some come with gratitude. Some come with questions. Some come carrying wounds. All are welcome.
Anglican worship may feel familiar in some ways and new in others. You will hear Scripture, pray ancient prayers, confess the faith, receive blessing, and encounter the grace of God in Word and Sacrament. You do not need to know everything before you come.
At Saint Jude, we do not ask you to erase your past. We invite you to bring your whole story into the presence of Christ. If you are coming from another denomination, you are not an outsider here. There is room for you to pray, listen, heal, grow, and walk with us in the grace of Jesus Christ.
I Haven't Been to Church in Years (or ever). Will I Feel Out of Place?
It is completely normal to feel unsure when coming to church for the first time, or for the first time in years. You do not need to know the prayers, understand the liturgy, or have your life perfectly together before you come.
At Saint Jude Anglican Mission, you are welcome to come as you are. You may pray, listen, sit quietly, or simply take it all in. No one will put you on the spot, and no one will expect you to pretend.
Church is not a place for people who have everything solved. It is a place where weary souls receive mercy, hear good news, worship God, and begin again in the grace of Jesus Christ.
There is room for you here.
Worship
The Saint Jude community offers several ways to worship, each with its own rhythm and grace.
People often find that a particular liturgy speaks to them in a unique way—while others discover that each service nourishes a different part of their spiritual life. Whether you are drawn to quiet contemplation, traditional prayer, or a simple gathering around Scripture, there is a place for you to meet God here.
