Our Vision

To be a prayerful beacon in our community, illuminating the path for all who seek a closer unity and deeper knowledge of Jesus Christ.

We choose depth over size, formation over programs, and belonging over busyness. Here, Christian faith is lived with sincerity, reverence, and love.

What is a Mission?

Saint Jude is not a large church—and that is part of our calling. We are a small mission planted right in the midst of everyday life, a community shaped more by prayer than by programs, more by friendship than by numbers. Rooted in the Holy Spirit, we gather as a close, faithful fellowship devoted to worship, Scripture, and the shared journey of discipleship.

Here, you won’t disappear into the crowd. You’ll be welcomed by name, prayed for with intention, and invited into a rhythm of life that is gentle, deep, and real. Our desire is simple and sincere: to grow in Christ, to walk together in His love, and to become a place of peace and belonging for all who seek Him.

What is Anglicanism?

Anglicanism is a Christian tradition that blends ancient faith with thoughtful, prayerful practice. Rooted in more than five centuries of history—and shaped by the wider Church that came before it—Anglicanism offers a spiritual home for those who long for depth, beauty, and stability in their walk with Christ.

At its heart, Anglicanism is a way of following Jesus that holds Scripture, tradition, and reason together. It gives us a pattern of worship that nourishes the soul, a Prayer Book that shapes our daily life with God, and a worldwide family of believers who pray, learn, and serve together.

It is a tradition for people who want a church that is reverent without being rigid, historic without being stuck, and welcoming without losing its grounding. In Anglicanism, you’ll find worship that is beautiful and rooted, relationships that strengthen and encourage, and a call to serve our neighbors—both near and far—with humility and love.

In short, Anglicanism offers a place to belong, a faith to grow in, and a rhythm of life that draws us deeper into Christ.

How does a small Mission stay connected to the larger Church?

While St. Jude is a local, intimate community, we aren't "independent." We are part of a global family of churches, a Mission Society, and the Worldwide Anglican Communion. This provides us with accountability, a shared Prayer Book, and a connection to a Bishop, ensuring that our teaching and worship remain rooted in the historic Christian faith.

I haven’t been to church in years (or ever). Will I feel out of place?

Not at all. Truly.

At Saint Jude, you don’t have to arrive polished, certain, or spiritually “put together.” Because we are a small community, you won’t get lost in the crowd—but you also won’t be singled out or pressured to say or do anything. You are free simply to be present.

We know that many people carry questions, doubts, wounds, or long gaps in their spiritual life. Some of us have been there ourselves. You don’t need to know the prayers, understand the liturgy, or have your beliefs sorted out. You don’t even need to be sure what you believe.

You are welcome to come quietly, to listen, to breathe, to rest, and to take things at your own pace. There is room for your story here—whatever it looks like—and a place at the table for you.

Worship

The Saint Jude community offers several ways to worship, each with its own rhythm and grace. People often find that a particular liturgy speaks to them in a unique way—while others discover that each service nourishes a different part of their spiritual life. Whether you are drawn to quiet contemplation, traditional prayer, or a simple gathering around Scripture, there is a place for you to meet God here.

We invite you to explore the worship opportunities below. Each link will give you a gentle, helpful description of what to expect, so you can step into worship with comfort and confidence.
